Smart Design, Custom Features, and Long-Term Value
Zion Foodtrucks is unique in the industry in its use of CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to design a food truck or food trailer. This enables us to essentially mockup the build before any steel is ever cut or dollar is spent. A big advantage of this is that we can make very compact builds that aren’t cost prohibitive at the same time efficiently using the space.
This also allows us to plan the gas plumbing, water plumbing etc. beforehand to make sure everything passes health and fire department code, every time in every county the foodtruck or trailer might operate in. No vehicle we have ever built has failed inspection in our 19 years of existence. Here are some examples of 14′ trailers that we have built and are out in the wild:
