1. About Us

Zion Manufacturing LLC (dba Zion Foodtrucks) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) designs and builds custom food trucks and food trailers. We are located at 3895 East 45th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80216.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our products, view our gallery, submit a quote request, and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Use any automated system (including spiders or scrapers) to harvest data from the Site.

3. Quote Requests and Communications

When you submit a quote request through our Site, you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may contact you by email, phone, and text message at the contact information you provided to respond to your inquiry.
A quote is not a binding agreement. Any contract for the purchase of a food truck or trailer will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

4. SMS / Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number on our contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Zion Foodtrucks related to your inquiry. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:

Consent: by submitting your phone number through the contact form on zionfoodtrucks.com, you give Zion Foodtrucks permission to send you text messages regarding your quote request.
Types of messages: quote follow-ups, acknowledgments of your inquiry, and responses to your questions. Zion Foodtrucks does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency: approximately 1 to 2 messages per inquiry over a 7-day window.
Message and data rates: standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (719) 722-2537.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is offered on an as-available basis.
Privacy: your mobile phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and designs, is the property of Zion Manufacturing LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
